Substitutions

Due to flower availability, substitutions may occur.  While it is not standard, it can be an exception.  To maintain the appearance and spirit of a bouquet, the substitution guidelines are as follows:

• Care is taken to maintain the style and color scheme of the arrangement.

• The colors of a mixed arrangement will be matched as closely as possible to the desired bouquet, using flowers of equal value.

Order Changes

If you find it necessary to cancel/change delivery dates or addresses for any order, please call our Customer Service Department at (888) 410-1777.

We are unable to cancel or change orders delivered or en route to delivery.

We are unable to accept cancellations or request for change to orders via E-mail.
